I called here for Eudes, he said he would open the door and the lock would work normally again. I called a nearby competitor and he said my lock had no maintenance, that he would open the door but that I would have to change the lock, he offered me some and said he would take them to install. . Rating 0. I do not recommend... I was visiting this city of Juatuba and my daughter's Samsung tablet connector started to have contact issues... Kids know how it is, they like cartoons... So I searched online and went to this store, where I took the device. A guy named Plínio attended to me and said that it was necessary to replace the connector, but he didn't first perform any technical evaluation of the device, if there is even a technician there... The incompatible connector was then replaced, and they also made a hole in the back of the casing, as if they forced some screw. Because of this, several other problems arose, including the device no longer charging... And the worst part? They couldn't explain anything about what happened due to the hole, much less the problem that occurred with the device after that. I sent a photo and explained the whole situation, but it ended there. And what is said to be a technician asked me to send the phone for evaluation, now for evaluation? So, I sent it by express mail to the authorized service in BH and the loss was simply R$950.00, it was necessary to replace the front, casing, and again the connector. I received no assistance from this place that only refunded me R$90.00 which they charged for the incompatible connector replacement. Therefore, I ended up at a loss, I will never take a device to a store like this again. Terrible customer service, total disregard. I wasted time and money. They simply shirked their responsibility, the device was delivered normally and came back full of problems. At least in my case, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This would be a case for consumer protection... Sorry for my outburst...
